Diving in the Magical Waters of the Tropical Pacific Ocean
8 Days / 7 Nights

Day 1 Arrive at San Jose’s airport where you will be met and transferred to Hotel Presidente in downtown San Jose. Explore the city by day and enjoy the exciting nightlife after dark. Overnight at Hotel Presidente.

Day 2 After a delicious breakfast, transfer to the Ocotal Resort located in the sunny Northwest Pacific province of Guanacaste. Enjoy the hotel facilities and prepare for an amazing scuba diving experience.

Day 3 Dive! Today your guide will transport you by boat to a special diving location where you will enter the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. You will dive for the next several hours and be able to observe exotic marine life. Blue Pacific dolphins may stop by for a visit.

Day 4 Spend the day as you choose. Enjoy the many amenities of the resort. Lounge by the pool or beach. You can also explore the many natural attractions of the area.

Day 5 Dive again! Experience the ultimate diving adventure and observe massive schools of fish, rays, jacks, whale sharks, giant mantas, sea turtles, bull sharks, white tip sharks, dolphins, as well as other marine life.

Day 6 Enjoy the amenities and wonders of El Ocotal Resort, considered to be one of the best scuba dive destinations in Costa Rica.

Day 7 After breakfast, transfer back to Hotel Presidente in San Jose. Take a city tour or sightsee on your own. San Jose boasts beautiful Colonial architecture and is home to some extraordinary museums. Overnight at Hotel Presidente.

Day 8 After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight home.

Package ranges from 4 to 8 nights in Ocotal. Depending on the number of nights in Ocotal, you can choose from 2 to 6 diving days.

The scuba diving package can be adapted for every diver’s level (novice through professional). The package consists of two dives and includes: two tanks per dive, weights, boat to dive destination, guide and dive master, beverages and snacks on board. Unlimited snorkeling is also included. Dive package does NOT INCLUDE equipment rental (regulator, diving fins, mask, wet suit, gloves, etc.).
