We had a fantastic time! You made everything so easy for us, and I truly appreciate it. The hotels were good; we especially like the Grano de Oro in San Jose. The food at the restaurant was excellent! Thank you for your help. We loved every area, but I think for me Ocotal and the Pacific Coast were the best -- the view of the Gulf of Papagayo from the Octoal resort was spectacular and the diving was great there. The staff was very friendly there. Also, Monteverde was a blast with the zip tour -- the 150-foot drop off Tarzan swing at the end of the zip tour was really thrilling! We saw and did a lot, but realized how much more Costa Rica has to offer. We definitely need more time there! I think when we go back we would like to spend more time and visit Arenal and the hot springs, then go south to Manuel Antonio and Corcovado. I promise to contact you and get your assistance with our next trip too! Also, if you need another sales person or guide for American tourists in Costa Rica, let me know. We have returned from a wonderful and perfect holiday which you planned for us in Costa Rica. We especially loved Lapa Rios and the Tabacon Hot Springs and enjoyed the drives we took with your drivers through the cloud forest and to Playa Conchal. Everyone was on time and although they did not speak english they did try to point out the odd bird or iguanna on the road. We also much appreciated the 24 hour help line people who were so pleasant to answer our questions and to accomodate our wishes. We would highly recommend you and your agency to any of our friends who wish to visit Costa Rica and we will return someday soon. Thanks for all your help and advice....

I wanted to write and thank you very much for all your help. Everything went exactly as you arranged and we had a wonderful time. (The only hitch, which you may have heard about, was that the international airport in San Jose was closed on account of weather on the day we were scheduled to return, so the local flight had to be canceled. Monica arranged for a van to take us overland to the airport, which turned out to be a very enjoyable tour of the countryside between Manuel Antonio and the San Jose International Airport. Our plane was delayed anyway, so we had plenty of time.) We only wish that we had more time in Costa Rica. Xandari was magical and we would highly recommend it to anyone. And Arenas del Mar was wonderful. Since the hotel wasn't very full, we were able to upgrade to a suite, and we enjoyed the resort very much: the pools, the beaches, and the surrounding area. We have already recommended you to a few of our friends, so you may be hearing from them at some point. Thanks, again. Best regards,...

We had a great trip thanks to you. We really enjoyed each hotel and were happy with the different offerings/environment at each. We're the types to like a little of everything. The JW Marriott was a beautiful new resort. We had great weather there and enjoyed the pool/beach/gym/restaurants. One night we took a cab into Tamarindo and ate a fabulous local meal at Nogui's. Villa Blanca was a nice laid back hotel. We took nature walks, enjoyed the spa, read, and relaxed. And then Tabacon was a great spot. We visited the hot springs daily and enjoyed Los Tucanes a couple of times. We made it into town for an awesome grilled meats dinner at Don Rufinos. Zip-lining was great - Sky Trek's instructors were really fun and we enjoyed the breathtaking views (after getting over our initial fears). And white water rafting was great too. A bit colder that day but we survived the Sarapiqui. The New Years eve dinner was a bit cheezy but it was no big deal. New Years is always overrated! The different drivers you booked were timely and really knowledgeable. We were impressed with how much they wanted to please and how much they knew about Costa Rica and it's culture. All in all, it really was a great trip. I will definitely pass your name around for memorable Costa Rica adventures. Thanks again!...

Marcus, I’m sorry for not emailing you earlier. I got a little overwhelmed since getting into the office on Monday, plus I’m recovering from a little bout of “Montezuma’s Revenge”, so I dropped the ball in communicating with you. We had a truly wonderful time. The trip was a LOT of fun and very relaxing – although it was quite activity and adventure filled. Your hotel recommendation for Arenas del Mar was spot-on. We absolutely loved having the beach right at our feet. The drive down to the hotel was a bit nightmarish – I hope they’re going to fix that road – but otherwise it was a great resort. And, being so close to the wild animals (we could see monkeys from our hotel room) was pretty special. Gaia also looked pretty fantastic (we went there for dinner one evening), but we preferred being on the ocean for the days we were in Manuel Antonio. Tabacon was – well, pretty fantastic. And, the Arenal volcano is quite a sight, although it was quite rude in not providing us with a little eruption show while we were there. The Tabacon Springs – unbelievably unique. The spa is among the best I’ve ever been to. The forest Zip-lining was our favorite activity. Wow! We’re already talking about going back in a couple of years. The country is beautiful. The people are very friendly. The services were more than we expected. And, there’s a lot more for us to see and do there. And, your feedback during our planning and the way everything was taken care of from start to finish was fantastic. It was nice having everything taken care of with your voucher system so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. I will have no problem recommending you and your business to our friends and family and will most certainly call you when the time comes to plan our next Costa Rican adventure. I want to thank you for everything. We had the most wonderful trip in Costa Rica which gave us a taste of "more". Everything went flawlessly and by schedule, except some problems we had with the Dollar Rent A Car. They gave us a car without any facilities of luggage-holding on the roof, so we had to improvize a solution, and 2 days later they transported us another car with a basket to Arenal Springs Hotel. All the hotels were just marvelous....
