I just wanted to thank you for all your work on our Costa Rican vacation! We had a great time! We had an especially great driver on the way back from Como Si No to the airport. He stopped the van several times to show us parrots and crocodiles that were on the side of the road, and his van was by far the nicest/cleanest!
I noticed in your itinerary that you mentioned a pizza resturant in El Establo, but didn't know the name, it is called Johnny's and the pizza is some of the best I've ever had and the service was even better. I would HIGHLY recommend that restuarant to anyone! In the future, you might want to let your groups know not to bother with eating in the hotel resturants at The Springs or at El Establo. The food wasn't that good, and the service was terrible!!
The zip lining in El Establo went very well, the group you set us up with was very experienced and ran a very professional outfit. The same is true about the canyoning tour you booked. The massage at The Springs was also one of the best I've ever had! The tour guide at Manuel Antonio did a good job, unfortunately, we chose one of the busiest weeks, so we were far from alone in the park, and, I think that scared off the animals, luckily, we did have a family of monkeys visit us at Si Como No.
Overall, a very memorable vacation!! Feel free to use me as a reference!
