During the theoric part of our surf lessons we focus on water safety, which we consider essential. Also we go over the ethics of surfing, paddling techniques and techniques to duck under the wave. It is important that begginers have all this imformation before going to the water.

Once in the ocean it is time to have fun and apply the what you just learned. If you are an inteermediate or advanced surfer we focus on improving your technique and of course help you have fun on bigger waves.

Ostional Turttle Observation

This tour takes place at the beautiful Ostional Beach, which is internationally known as a wildlife sanctuary where thousands or olive ridley turtles come each year to nest.

In this place you can learn more about these beautiful creatures, and witness both the birth of the baby turtles as well as their arrival to nest at the beach (depending on the date). Take into account that the sighting of nesting turtles is usually at night and the birth is early in the morning.

Mala Noche Waterfall Adventure Hike

The Mala Noche waterfall is known in Nosara for its beauty and easy access. You will enjoy a nice walk following the river on a property with a lush garden.

The guide will give you information regarding medicinal and ornamental plants. After a 45 minutes walk you arrive to the waterfall where you can cool off in fresh water, swim or just relax by the clear water.

Explore around climbing the rocks to find a second and third smaller waterfalls. This activity is availalbe during rainy season and the first three months of the dry season. Duration including transportation 3 hours.

Horseback Ride Tour

Choose between riding a horse at the beach or the mountain. Beach tour is done along Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and Nosara River Mouth. On the way you will experience different natural scenarios, looking at different types of flora and fauna.

On the mountain tour you follow trails on a cattle farm where cows and bulls walk freely on the Guanacaste pampa. You will also ride along Montaña river where you can experience nature up close, many species of flora and fauna.
